Effective July 1, 2025, the base rates established in the attached wage chart shall take effect. All current employees in established classifications will receive a 3.00% increase to their current rate of pay as of that date.
Effective July 1, 2026, all classifications, including new hire rates, shall receive an increase of 3.00% over their current rates.
Effective July 1, 2027, all classifications, including new hire rates, shall receive an increase of 3.00% over their current rates.

Effective July 1, 2025, bargaining unit employees will receive additional pay based on their years of service with the Museum:
Employees with 2 to 5 years of service will receive an extra $0.15 per hour added to their base pay.
Employees with 5 or more years of service will receive $0.15 per hour for every 5 years of service, up to a maximum of 25 years.
Longevity will be added to the employee's base pay after the July 1, 2025 across-the-board increases. Thereafter, longevity payments will occur upon the applicable anniversary of the employee's Museum seniority.
